ELECTRON BEAM ACCELERATOR

The facility consists of the Linear electron accelerator UERL-10-15S2; manufactured by Corad Services Ltd, Russia and roller conveyor. The acceleration of electron is carried out  by the high frequencies energy raised in resonators of accelerating structure which by waveguide arrives from a klystron. The beam output system of the accelerator UERL-10-15S2 has two output windows located on the distant of 1m from which towards. The output electrons have 10 MeV energy, the peak mean power is 15 kW. Accelerator UERL-10-15S2 has following basic technical characteristics:
